I think there may be a little confusion here. The LTR system the OP asked about was for communications related to the various rental car agencies and related shuttles to transport customers to/from the parking lot to the agencies - which used the 900 SMR system.

The encrypted UHF Cap+ system used by GOAA mentioned above is used exclusively by GOAA for various airport operations such as terminal ops (landslide and airside), airfield ops, maintenance, custodial, access control, comm center, baggage control, tram, parking, and security (not to be confused with the OPD PD airport division).

Some of these functions previously were on the old Orlando P-25 system (Greater Orlando Public Safety Cooperative - system 25A) and were later converted to the Cap+ system. GOAA Emergency Services (ARFF and EMS are still on the County P-25 system as well as OPD airport division (later of course ENC).

So I'm not sure where the users of the 900 MHz LTR system went, but like it was mentioned they may have gone to local SMR systems like Suntalk as djlolli mentioned. I'm too far from the Airport to confirm any activity.

Update

I was at the airport a few days ago and in addition to the 460 MHz GOAA Capacity+ system there is a trunked DMR 900 MHz system active there. Active frequencies were 935.1875, 935.6375, 936.1750, 936.2125, and 936.6500. I did not have a DMR capable scanner with me so I am not sure of any other details other than the system is licensed to Communication Service of Daytona Inc., radio service is YS (trunked SMR) and the system's site is at OIA. Most likely the airport shuttles and other users of the old LTR system migrated over to this one. The system is too far for me to monitor from home and verify with DSDPlus.

The old system, also radio service YS, was licensed to Cutter Investments, is expired.

In addition, there were DMR repeaters (not sure if trunked or conventional) between 460.650 and 460.875 licensed to UAL and US Airways)

Flavor: Connect Plus
CC: 1
Proper name: GOAA Connect Plus 900

the system is licensed to Communication Service of Daytona Inc., radio service
The system is OWNED by two parties: FleetTalk, NJ and Radio One Inc.
The system is locally maintained by Radio One.

I cannot comment on those frequencies.
