Equipment is only as useful as the one deploying and operating it. Anyone who breathes can buy a bucket of CCRs off Amazon.
There are TECHNICAL SKILL SETS that one must develop with proper training, vetting and experience. I don't mean watching a bunch of YouTube videos either.
