What do the different classification of calls indicate? For example: alpha, bravo, charlie, delta. I hear "delta sick" or "charlie fall", etc.

The determinant codes come from the Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) program. Alpha is the lowest level/Delta (or Echo-depending on the agency) is the highest.
