RID# 13892 - Which I think, is a KHP unit out of Garden City, ' joined ' TGID# 615 - for which we have no record of in the RR DB for KSICS KSICS -- Kansas Statewide Interoperable Communication System Trunking System, Statewide, Kansas - Scanner Frequencies I picked it up off the Osborne tower Osborne Site Details (KSICS -- Kansas Statewide Interoperable Communication System)

Anyone got info on this?
