KY Forestry

Does anyone know who dispatches for the Forestry agency? Is it the local state police posts or a certain counties dispatch center for each forestry district.

For example, 151.475 (Bear Branch Transmitter on the Kentucky River District) has the forestry units talk say XXX (Unit number) to Hazard, and vice versa. So, I know its in hazard, but is it the state police post that dispatches or something else?

Technically speaking, they aren't even dispatchers... more like chief foresters and rangers....Things you learn living with a state forester.
