I am trying to find the san fernando more specifically north hollywood, van nuys ems fd. the frequencies that i have found on the conventional list for san fernando fire department don't seem to be busy at all so i'm assuming those frequencies are not the emergency first responders. to be more direct what i am looking for is accidents vehicle collisions. on what frequency are accidents aired first.. for example when people call 911 for a vehicle accident who gets the info first lapd or lafd. if there is a way of getting this infomation first hand i will appreciate your help...

california, L.A county, san fernando valley

If you call 911 from a cellphone, CHP handles the call first (regardless of your location). I believe LAPD handles 911 when you call from a "landline" in the City of LA and hands it off to FD if its of a fire or medical nature. The LAFD EMS dispatch would apply.

Take a look through the database for CHP, City and County Fire, PD and SD and much, much more. There a LOT of frequency information. For your specific question look through the CHP listings and look for TEAL2 West Valley.
