I didn't link an earpiece it was the speaker-mic he wanted. That said though those surveillance tubes are great but not as noise cancelling as the earbuds, good stealth though especially if you have hair. I originally bought one back in 2014 with the BCD436HP for listening in on and recording the various casinos since security there likes to LARP harder than in other cities.I picked up a ear piece similar in the link thats for motorola radios for my R30 and scanners. Works great and no one around me can hear it.

I tried it again yesterday (after fully charging the battery), and it somehow worked great for a few hours. But, then the volume gradually reduced on its own, and the audio was coming out distorted (like before). Just a theory, but I think my speaker just has a bad battery. Not sure if Scanner Master does exchanges, but I'm still going to return it to try to get another one (hopefully with a better battery).Mine works like it should. No issues.
