I got mine straight from Klein Electronics, their Valor Microphone. VALOR Shoulder Speaker Mic with 3.5mm Connector For Samsung
Though rebranded for scannermaster they were pretty much the same thing, they were just amplified speaker mics made for phones that were being marketed for scanner use, and actually worked quite well. I bought mine originally for Zello and then when I saw it on scannermaster I went and gave it a try on my uniden handheld and it worked great. Trouble is thanks to the degeneration of overindulgent fad technology they're mostly made with USB-C now on the instead instead of an audio connector since it's hard to find those on smartphones which is probably why radio stores stopped stocking.

Nowadays I just use racing headphones, there's the big earmuff kinds as well as the small earbuds with integrated foam plugs in them. I have a set of the earplug buds because the muffs take a lot of space in the bag and are really heavy and they've worked great for passenger platform railfanning where you're basically right by the locomotives I can still hear the radio easily without cranking up the volume loud.

I picked up a ear piece similar in the link thats for motorola radios for my R30 and scanners. Works great and no one around me can hear it.

I didn't link an earpiece it was the speaker-mic he wanted. That said though those surveillance tubes are great but not as noise cancelling as the earbuds, good stealth though especially if you have hair. I originally bought one back in 2014 with the BCD436HP for listening in on and recording the various casinos since security there likes to LARP harder than in other cities.
The Spectrumforce lapel speaker is back in stock at Scannermaster , ordered one for the 325P2 should be here any day.....

This lapel speaker Spectrumforce has fantastic sound, it can get loud without distortion and not too much base or treble ,…Clear as a bell and I compared it to the speaker on my police buddies Motorola 8000 and it actually sounds better, its a winner,…
Just got mine today. After some testing, I can't wait to return it and get my money back. It's an absolute piece of trash that's WORSE than the built-in speakers that the scanners already have! I tried it on my SDS100 (and yes, I also got the required stereo to mono adapter for it), BCD436HP, and BC125AT. After fully charging the battery, I noticed that the volume was too low, and audio was way too distorted.
The only things I liked about it are the USB C charging and the flashlight.

ILjim , i think you may have a bad speaker or something because i have nothing like you describe, if you press the + button mine gets extremely loud and clear,…Sorry to hear your experience,…
Mine works like it should. No issues.
I tried it again yesterday (after fully charging the battery), and it somehow worked great for a few hours. But, then the volume gradually reduced on its own, and the audio was coming out distorted (like before). Just a theory, but I think my speaker just has a bad battery. Not sure if Scanner Master does exchanges, but I'm still going to return it to try to get another one (hopefully with a better battery).
If it's still under the return parameters, you might contact Scanner Master to see if they'll replace it. Sounds like a defective unit.
My battery after a full charge has lasted two weeks after a couple hours of use per day
