Hi.

Since you are posting this in the amateur radio forum, we can guess that you are looking for a laptop with a two way voice radio installed in it, am I correct?

Short answer is "no". At least not that I've ever seen.

As majoco said, Wifi would qualify under what you are asking. So would bluetooth, etc. There are even some laptops you can get with built in cellular radios.

So, i guess the next question is, "what are you looking for?", and maybe be a bit more specific.

Best bet would be a laptop and a SDR radio of some sort over USB or patched-over Ethernet.

I have been looking at the ELAD DUO or the SunSDR MB2 as possible radios I can throw in a bag with a laptop and a "field deployable" antenna and have a multimode QRP station.

What kind of built in laptop radio are you looking for? How would you use it? Who do you want to transmit to?

Add my reply to the comments mentioned above: WiFi and Bluetooth are the only 'native' laptop signals I'm aware of.

I would think a substantial transceiver as an internal component to a laptop would reak havoc with the computer, and the computer would likely reak havoc with the radio. Heat and poor battery life would also be a big problem.

Using a laptop to remotely access and control a transceiver would likely be the most practical solution, and it is already being done.
