I see hex 8F Site on my SDR Trunk "Details Tab" in failure condition Downlink RX 851.1000 Uplink RX 806.1000 that is not in the RR LCRA Site List and since Live Oak is the only one that uses 800Mhz thru LCRA is this a possible replacement or Lockhart Tower ?
That converts to 143.43, which is the next unused tower number after 142.42 Hunt. 851.100 is licensed to Lockhart so it has probably been on the air recently.

Okay, I just looked at RR, ran the frequency and did a license look up and now have the additional frequencies and put that on my monitoring list. I did see the ERP is 340.00. One thing that gets me is that Uhland off Hwy 21 is part Hays County and other side of the road is Caldwell Co and the city of Uhland is turning into very populated area so why 800 mhz compared to 700 mhz which LCRA is known for and how would this work for interoperability unless Uhland Police along with the upcoming City Of Uhland gets there own Talk Groups

It’s for all of Caldwell County to transition over to LCRA from GATRRS, and LCRA has no problem using their licensed 800 MHz frequencies. Caldwell Co had used 800 for two decades now, going back to their Original Moto System.

Right now, any Uhland calls for police service on the Caldwell County side are transferred to Hays County Dispatch. I believe that Uhland PD is happy with this arrangement, and is eager to maintain interoperability with HCSO.

If they grow enough to set up a 911 Dispatch and associated talk group, I believe they will want to stay affiliated to hear the HCSO talk groups. However, with Austin/Travis County responsible to dispatching fire resources for Uhland and Hays County dispatching EMS through Kyle Fire Dispatch, I think it will be a long time before anything like that happens.

After looking at the FB page for Uhland PD, i saw the Unland Police Chief with a Kenwood Speaker mic and the other officers with APX's so that alone explains the multi system scan capability for Hays and Caldwell Co for Uhland

From what I have seen of both Travis ESD 11 and Hays County radios, both of them have multiple systems and are ready to go for mutual aid.

What I am saying is the Motorola APX's and the Kenwood radios that Uhland PD is carrying can and are probably doing mult-system scan in the same zone so they can interoperate with Caldwell County on the fly and still monitor there home talk group on HCSO DSP. Any modern APX radio has this capability two monitor multiple systems in the same zone even conventional frequencies while monitoring two or three different trunked systems at the same time.
