I copy this frequency here in Gettysburg frequently and seems to be part of the
trunked system located at the Mill Creek site. The CW Id'er keeps transmitting the call
sign "WQJP200", which expired in 2009!
From the current licenses, it appears the call sign should be "WQKB758"
I can't hear most of the other sites and wonder if they are utilizing their
proper call signs? Just curious...

Quite common, although I most often observe this with non-public safety stations...
