is all of LCSO encrypted? i see on some of the RR freq pages that some of the LCSO TGs are actually unencrypted.

Yes they are encrypted. The ones listed as not encrypted were the old P-25 and were not. So if you like law enforcement scanning all you get is flashing on the display with the dreaded ENC on the screen. Pretty much a $600 useless piece of equipment. I’m not into listen to much else. Throw and go units as well as hose draggers
