Lee pd get's ID.

It was brought to my attention that Strafford South has a new ID entity. And we lost a named town--Lee. As in, they would call to Strafford South by using town ID. They appear to be the 400 unit now. As long as I have been scanning--to my knowledge there has not been a 400 unit. Well, they got 1 now.
