26E is still up in Albany, showing Dutchess and Orange as neighbors. Not much traffic. Just NYSP Troop NYC, one or two transmissions on Watch Center, and a lot of encrypted traffic on 8099.
Yeah i think all the 26E sites remain unchanged

The Corning Tower site has been 26E for years, what are you talking about? o_O
Evidently when using the Harriman Campus site, the ID was 26D. They eventually shut it off.

You might have some data somewhere that indicates intentions or licensing, but I am reporting what is actually being observed on scanners and computers here in the Albany area. The snobbery is useless and unwelcome.

6009 appears to be EnCon Police. I heard some transmissions while in Queens. The unit identifiers were 23 Adam and 24 Adam which maybe new officers not yet assigned the usual 3 digit identifiers and the dispatcher "New York" referred to Metro 21.

Looked back at recordings, a few days ago "DEC Radio Repair for a radio check" so yes.

On for me right now

Also have seen
TG 59513 is District 1/2
TG 59551 is MTA Police Transit
Yes i can Confirm this is the DEC TG For local Control and to the Statewide Dispatch Center in Albany

For the 26E sites, the system uses a blanket FCC Licence WPTZ779 for this system, so any of that information will not be found.

Who cares if the system ID was 26D or even 8675309? No one cares. That's not what we are discussing in this thread. We have been discussing the recent change of 26D to F63 in NYC, not Albany. Even if what you are saying is accurate, there was some 26D presence up in Albany over 3 Years ago.

The Wiki has been updated with new info, including the 595xxx TGs.

I know there were a few discussions about it in the past, but does anyone know who "Owns" and maintains these systems now? Is it New York State now or still MTA PD, or has MTA completely abandoned it? All the blanket FCC licences are under New York, State of.

It's linked to and present in Albany, which is the actual capital of the state, so what happens here is relevant.
