What is a good scanner to listen to Lehigh and Northampton County? I want to upgrade but having a hard time finding one.

What are u wanting to listen to Northampton and Lehigh County?

Do you have any intentions on monitoring Allentown or Bethlehem or both? This will greatly influence recommendations given to you and drive the price tag up considerably. Also note that police are fully encrypted (cannot be monitored) in both cities

Yes. I would like Easton too.
