Know of one other friend out there who still searches the business bands from simplex to repeaters.
Looking for help on a few systems.

We already have two systems listed for Industrial and mapped out possible another system?

461.975 PL156.7 Ecco Communications repeater ops Nursing to Hanson House talks about patients etc so my guess Nursing home?
Also trying to figure out down in Easton the clean up crews have Motorola CP300 portables any idea what they're on.
Majority of stuff find on my own but some stump me ha
Thanks

It looks like it would be unless they changed the frequency around, the Lehigh Valley system only really hearing Getz Towing on the weekend dont have much time during week day to monitor what goes on but the
0-03-033 is pretty busy as well for towing company.

Industrial Communications - WPCT380 includes:

854.7875
856.6375
857.8125
859.1375

Gave it to the HP2 for a few hours to chew on. Came up with an LCN of 3 on 854.7875 same TGID 0-03-033. also found TGID 0-07-117 but was only a 2 second hit. I only let LCN finder run for about an hour. I had no voice from home on 0-03-033. I'll let the HP2 do it'd thing tomorrow when I'm back at work closer to Easton.

I'm pretty sure you are correct about it being Easton Auto Body Steve. I plugged the 854.7875 and LCN 3 into my Pro-651. Definitely a tow company.

This is the first time I've used the advanced features of the HP2. I'm definitely getting an LCN of 3 on the above frequency. I ran the LCN finder 3 times. Could this be a single frequency LTR system? I'm not getting an LCN on any of those other frequencies I listed earlier.

I have a wildcard in the Pro-651 hoping to catch the other TGID again.

Need to pick up one only have the 164 should have went for the 651 but wonder if they changed frequencies know Industrial is licensed on few 800mhz frequencies not assigned to the groups we have mapped out.
Also noticed Lehigh University the loud control channel 461.3875 is being user by them seems like trunked digital system ugh

Sounds like Bangor school bus has a second TGID 0-03-009 on the Industrial Electronics system. I wonder if Lehigh U has gone DMR? I'll have to run the frequencies through DSD+ when I get home.

Bangor is on LTR 452.8250 in Analog mode working off Industrial Electronics Scranton they operate the Fox Gap tower which also holds the Kittatany Canoe stuff.
If they went digital on the LTR that would be a first for Indudstrial.

For Lehigh University was just up that way Sunday and curious why the 500mhz was quiet, know they are still using the vhf at Stabler last time went.

My other find believe was Old Orchard Nursing on Freemansburg believe 467.7625 PL74.4 if you get down that way see what hear.

Yeah, Bangor is still analog LTR. I was saying I think there is a second TGID for them on the LTR system. I'll check out Old Orchard next time I venture over that way.

Will have to monitor see what pick up, thanks.

Know the school was using 464.925 but miss placed the PL or think they changed all pick up now is DMR traffic which think is from LV Hospital the maintenance finally switched over.

Been also trying figure out what the clean team in Easton square has been using they are CP300 radios so nothing fancy but my guess is maybe Easton Public Works.. Also confirmed Crayloa is using full digital as well go figure.. One by one

Lehigh U NXDN? 461.3875 I get no voice. Either my version of DSD+ isn't setup right to follow this flavor of NXDN or my version can't follow. I'm still new to DSD+. But here is the info I was able to get.

NXDN96 Site: L264-26 Ran: 26 NL: 6 12 20

Site 264-6 CC 151
Site 264-12 CC 165
Site 264-20 CC 534

I have PL 146.2 for Bangor School 464.9250. Yes, I have 464.9250 as LVH Cedar Crest Security DMR. TGID 71 T/S 1 CC 1

aww so security switched to 464.925 thought the primary site was 461.425 for Lehigh Valley Hospital which is not licensed to them but is to Ecco must be separate than.

was alos told Univeristy Ground Medevac is on 451.5000 full digital.

For the Lehigh University system try 462.2500, 463.6375, 464.375 under call sign WQSF572

how do you have the DSD set up need to start playing around with it.

Yea, sorry I was looking at the wrong note last night. 464.925 not security, it's Cedar Crest Maintenance. I had the right Channel info, just the wrong department. I have Security at 451.5000 and 452.0125.

451.5000 is correct for Medevac ground. TGID 85 T/S 2 CC 10.

I had all of the Lehigh U WQSF572 frequencies loaded. 461.3875 was the only hit. It's constant so I figure it's a the control channel. I did only have DSD+ running for an hour.

Did some reading last night. I gathered that I need to use 2 receivers to follow NXDN. One for the control channel and the other for voice. I haven't taken the time to set the 2 up yet.

As of now I only have the PSR-800 running with DSD+. I run the IF out of the headphone jack and into DSD+. It works pretty good. I also have a Winbook that runs the software. Made more sense to by the winbook than carry around a laptop.

I have 2 USB dongles that I spent a little time playing around with. They work well as receivers, but software slows me down. I tried SDR# and DSD+ but I never really got it to work well as a scanner. FMP, that comes with DSD+, works great as a tuner but scans very slowly.

Grab an RTL-SDR.com dongle (RTL2832U R820T2). Around $30 on Amazon. Best is it uses an SMA antenna connection. I just picked up an SMA to BNC pigtail on amazon to use my ST-2 antenna.

Only downside I have is I haven't figured out a way to log everything automatically. I always need to watch and log all the info by hand. But that's half the fun, right?

What dont get is Lehigh Valley Hospital is still broadcasting on analog 155.2200 PL179.9 for security operations only it sounds and also noticed LVH Muhlenberg Campus Maintenance is still using analog repeater 464.4875 which is amazing still, thought they would of switched over. Recall one complaint before officers had to switch to each on site repeater in order to even hear anything.

Need to jump on and get upgraded equipment my pro164 only does so much just glad it at least does LTR systems.

One other[ question, is it worth plugging in the Bethlehem 800mhz system or is everyone using APCO25 from the colleges, streets etc.. or is it just police/fire/ems?

As far as I am aware, ALL of Bethlehem is over on the P25 system. Moravian PD, Lehigh U PD, and BSD Security included. Last I checked, Moravian is still using analog for maintenance.

JimBob, sorry I missed your post last night. I will add Easton Auto Body and the Belvidere LTR system to a Freescan file when I get home from work today. LTR system frequencies need to be added to the scanner in a certain order to work. What scanner are you using?

JimBob, The Freescan file is attached. You should be able to import this right into your 996xt freescan file. You'll need to change the quick keys.
