Use the Harbison Tower (860.48750), the Richland Simulcast (868.53750) and the Palmetto Center Tower (860.33750) - those 3 should get you reception no matter where you live, and I would HOPE with the new Richland Simulcast it gets you what you need.

Unless you live in Saluda County like I do... :(

The reception on 868.5375 is too weak to use.

I programed those in "(860.48750), the Richland Simulcast (868.53750) and the Palmetto Center Tower (860.33750) " All i get is static.

What scanner do you have? It is possible that you are just listening to the control freqency rather than scanning for the IDs

Ive got the radioshack pro-2051. Im not sure how to just scan control channels. Ive tried and cant seem to get it. I programmed in all the IDs off the database. Even doing that the scanner will stop on a ID and sit there like someone is talking. Yet i dont hear anything. Yet some i do hear. I dunno i might have it messed up or didnt do something right.

Cant really help you as I have the Pro-95. All I do is program the control channels, and program the trunking IDs, close the bank, hit scan and im done.
