With EHS being encrypted and NS Lifeguards being patched into their comms guessing the lifeguards are using encrypted radios now as well

Haven't heard anything one way or the other. I noted last fall the VHF frequency (151.115) was removed from database.

The Lifeguards at Queensland Beach as of 15:10Hrs are still operating on 151.115 (179.9 PL).
