LifeLink III Radio Service?

I am having trouble figuring out what radio frequencies or systems that LifeLink III is using at the New Richmond and Rice Lake...

I know that for their Minnesota Helicopter bases, they dispatch on local Pre-existing LTR systems, but i cannot find any identified LTR systems in those counties...
