Has anyone ever seen a user agent of the states name? Curious on what it is or who might it be

Not sure here - we've been dealing with a lot of scrappers and bots that are scanning content for AI purposes.

Not 100% applicable to the OP's question, but I see a lot of what appear to be bots using the online Kiwi SDR's. For example, there is one from Amora, Portugal that is simultaneously on 2 or 3 SDR's that I use and all are tuned in to the U.S. HF military command frequency on 11175khz.
