Talk about being bent over.
Crooks.
Indeed they are.
This, apparently, is supposed to be a 436HP scanner bundle.
But looking at the details, they say it requires 1 lithium battery, but do not say that their "bundle" includes the battery.
Those of use that have a 436HP know that the scanner does not require, nor has connections for, a 'single lithium battery'. Sounds like they used 'boilerplate text', written for an SDS100, and pasted in the 436HP listing instead of re-writing with correct details for the model in question.
It also says that it has Bluetooth Connectivity Technology.
But, again, those of us that have Uniden scanners know that
none of the Uniden models, current or prior scanners, come with Bluetooth capability. While that's an item that has been kicked around in the forums as a feature some would like to see included, it's never been offered on any Uniden scanner. If you want Bluetooth, then you'd need to order a transmitter module that can be plugged into the earphone socket.

The definition for "Export", when discussing this retailer, is "a drip under pressure".
False claims such as this, and past complaints about deception what Zip had in stock, ready to ship, versus an item that is out of stock, waiting for shipment from their distribution supplier, confirms my decision, years ago, never to get loopy enough to actually order from them, There are a number of other sources that treat their customers fairly with clear communication as to whether an item is indeed in stock & ready to ship out to the end user.
