It's likely this site...

When comparing the old system to the new P25 system, the site numbers appear to be the same, and the P25 CC, so far, has been a frequency on the same site number of the old system, which holds true with this find as well.

Brantford Site 23 showing some new activity today. Rid 200228, t/g 2012 affiliated to the site for a few minutes.
Also maybe a new frequency for the system?

I can confirm that 142.395 is active.
0AD9h-0123 is booming in here in downtown Hamilton. I am high up though.

This isn't part of the current FleetNet system and new.IMG_20210831_214035_01.jpg

This is how the 396T sees it

Listowel LMRN site now not identifiable by my scanner for the past week (it did earlier), but still broadcasting something on 142.230. The existing Fleetnet system (142.320 CC) also seems to have made 141.690 the alternate CC, and therefore has only 3 channels for voice now (141.435, 142.515, 142.575)

I know on mine in Woodstock it showed data in the corner when it came online but hasn't the last week either

142.005 MHz P25 signal decoding a continuous tone of 1031 Hz that has frequent breakup sounding much like a bad connection in the source audio path but more likely intermittent D/A decode errors. DSD+ indicates TG1 RID 1 for what that's worth at the moment. No NAC etc. displayed.

I am seeing this in Cornwall, Zone 2. My site id changed from 822F to 1. I am not sure if it's something to do with UT2 .84 or something else. The LCN's are different tonight.

Same thing I see off Site 14 Wallaceburg. Not transmitting any site info other than P25 P2 TG1. Windsor, Essex and Chatham are linked together and show as standard P25 with site numbers and what not, but no activity on those sites

What frequency is the Essex site using for a control channel right now? I am not hearing them on 142.665 anymore.
