Are either of you logging active frequencies on these towers by chance?

Couple new sites have gone online

14) Wallaceburg: no neighbor sites yet NAC: ADE
16) Chatham: neighbor site of 17 and 20
17) Essex: neighbor sites of 16 20
19) Wardsville: no neighbor sites yet
20) Windsor: no neighbor sites yet
31) Sarnia: no neighbor sites yet

All have active Control Channels and Alternate Controls. I made a submission so keep an eye for them.
I looked a few days ago and 14 and 31 were not on the air, so this is within the last 48 hours it seems.

Also... London and Wardsville sites are broadcasting the P25 test tone stuff. Neither site shows a system ID etc but is coming to life.

I have been trying to decode the P25 Data channel on the Essex site: 1-17, and Pro96Com will not decipher it. The current control channel is on 142.185 MHz. Meanwhile, if I switch to the data channel on the Windsor site 1-20, which is on 142.260 MHz, no problem with decoding this site.

Is the Essex site transmitting a Phase II P25 control channel like the Sarnia is?

Solid P25 signal on 142.515 MHz, again with the 1038 Hz tone only. From here in central Halton County this one is every bit as strong as the // signal on 142.605 MHz which has consistently been the highest RF level of all of them from this location. I haven't looked at this band for weeks so I have no idea how long it's been alive. Fonthill (Fleetnet site 15) would be the likely source as it is the "local" assignment of this particular frequency on the old system.

Trying to catch the P25 on 142.440 but at the moment Primrose is dominating it full-time on the old system from here.

I can't get a good decode on it but it appears there's a P25 1038Hz tone on 142.170MHz. I didn't see it previously mentioned in this thread and it's only shown on FleetNet Zone 1 as part of the deactivated Guelph site. However from my location, this one is seriously lower in RF level than the 142.410 test tone signal that's still present.

A much cleaner RF environment at this early hour confirms that 142.170 is active with the test tone. The RF level right now is much closer to the test signal on 142.410.

Two updates this morning. The signal on 142.170 is considerably higher in RF level than this time yesterday and the 142.410 signal seems to be gone. That leads me to think this is the re-use of the old Guelph site 2 frequencies at a common location.

Second, there is now a 1038 Hz P25 test signal on 142.500 at a very similar RF level to 142.515 (which is still present). Perhaps an exceptionally good morning for me hearing Edgar or a second transmitter active at Fonthill? Pure speculation but anyone closer to either is welcome to fill in the details.

Thanks (again!) Mike. I figured the warm and humid conditions this morning were enhancing the coverage in particular directions.

I'm here a lot
I am getting a fairly strong signal on 143.625 here in Toronto, but no site identification on either the 536 (squelch on 1) or 325P2 (squelch on 2).
