I'm here a lot
If you look at the screenshot, you will see talkgroup 20843 in the Mississauga CACC range having a lot of EVP units on group call. If I had to guess, I bet EVP has something to do with Emergency Preparedness.

I was doing some more logging off of Toronto and stumbled across this;

P25, BEE00.AD9, 20650, 755467, 50, Normal, 1, 2025/10/24 13:19, "", "5226 PS", 0542BD8A
I am assuming this one is Parry Sound?

I have 753223 as 3198 HL D (Driver portable EMS unit 3198 Halton Region). The talkgroup 20822 is assigned to South Halton Region EMS

The alias also matches my capture from about 3 months ago.

I have been start to see a few hits on TG's 11016 & 11017 and for both they are using KID 0022.

11016 - RID 502813, 502816, 502817 & 704251
11017 - RID 705982 & 706891

KID 0022 tells us its a patched TG. hopefully you can catch the patched TG. This is usually captured when you log on to the site.

So I looked in my event log and found this..
2025/10/28 10:11:25 Freq=142.350000 NAC=AD7 Patch Supergroup: TG=19079 [OPP South Georgian Bay]
2025/10/28 10:11:25 Freq=142.350000 NAC=AD7 Patch Subgroup: TG=11016

There was a bunch of these as well over the day between South Georgian OPP and this TG and as for 11017, I saw that one patched to 11016.

11016 is typically patched with OPP South Georgian Bay. I thought it might be a CNCC group but looks like it's MOE judging by the alias that was seen.

TG 848 Encrypted has been chatty this morning on Demorestville. I suspect that would be a Bell Tech TG given the range.

If you can grab the KID this will help us ID the user or at least the general user type. This TG should have a KID of 0100

Since the system is almost totally ENC the best we can do is to track the KIDs and use that to verify the general user. The updated information above was made using this process.
