What is a locked topic?
Why would it be locked?

Two main reasons I've seen in R R Forums are :

1) Unbecoming behavior. :evil:

2) Post Duplication ( topic subject) :roll:

or, another common reason is the original question has been answered and debated and the thread has has then wandered so far off topic, that there is no reason to continue discussion.
