Lockout Question

It seems I accidently pressed lockout and now it has locked the frequency out and even when I turn it off and back on (unlike what I did before the update) it is still locked. How do I unlock these. I usually will just reload my file to the scanner with the software, but I cant right now.

If PSR-500 / 600,

PGM, then EDIT, then FIND, then L/OUT - use 'NEXT' to go to the next lockout if the first one you see isn't the one you were interested in.
