Hello everyone. I want to start by saying I know next to nothing about scanners. I recently purchased a Radio Shack Pro95. I am wondering where I can find frequencies for Logan County. I've also read some post talking about digital frequencies. How will I know if my local pd or fd is running on digital frequencies?
