London Fire dispatch problems

Anyone else notice over the last few weeks the LFD radio "Station Alerting" channels freezing up on them? I've heard it happen at least 3 times in the past two weeks, where the console appears to freeze up with an open mic, and you can hear the comm center staff saying "its frozen. I can't do anything. I can;t reset it". Seems to me like they are having some critical problems. When this happens, they can't even dispatch any stations on the "Station Alerting" TG

Yes they have spoken about it several times on the air. It's beening looked into no doubt...
