Looking for ddr3 16gb ram sticks...

...but can only find them as ECC regulated (server) RAM. Do "they" not make a 16 GB non-ECC stick? I feel like I've looked everywhere.

I have a Gigabyte F2A88XM-D3H motherboard that supposedly supports 64 GB of RAM, but there's only 4 slots.

You can always try an ECC module in there, there are DDR3 2133 16gb chips out there (I have two in my NAS), and it's basically a crapshoot if the mobo will run it. You will not gain ECC ability by doing so, as the system will just ignore it, but there are many systems that will just run. Some will not if their BIOS is specifically set to reject the modules, but you could always try. The clocking of the ECC chips will be slightly slower (ie; you'll find 1600 but not 2100) due to their built in overhead.
