i'm looking for parts for my old ft-8800-R
the front panel
and one side of the radio is not working. have reason to think one side is bad
and it has programming problems, i've got the cables software and the signal link unit too.
i've tried yaseu Factory service they don't have parts
or support the radio. and any out of state graveyards for parts
i dont trust e-bay
my plan is to put the main unit in trunk
and the control head and microphone in front of car
years ago sold my first mobile my ft-90 micro mini yaseu dual band unit.
years back i had a ft-60 handheld and the out of state shop used
vertex parts for the main board
and a shop to fix it, or a ham in my area i'm in the east bay
