Looking for Person:Pendleton DOC

Indiana State Police along with DOC and Hamilton County Sheriff Bloodhounds are looking for a White Male in Dark blue pants that threw a bag over a fence at Pendleton DOC. School near the location has been advised and will be sending childen home at 10:45AM Head of school will have security in place. State Police K-9 and Hamilton County bloodhounds are tracking south of the location.Radio Traffic is on Safe-t Talkgroup 4112( ISP 51-DSP) and( ISP- 51- OPS 1) Talkgroup 4128. Weds 2-15-2011 10:36AM Update at 10:48AM ISP and DOC have a suspect in custody wearing a brown jacket.*Also talking about a Gold Ford van that is a daily visitor to DOC and how they can tie this event in with this*Update at 11:51AM ISP Dist 51 has the suspect in custody at Dist 51 Post.
