i love the fact that glendale can manage a radio system for burbank and glendale but la county can't spend money fast enough. why not just give the money go glendale and have them build a countywide systyem for eveyone to use???

Why am I not surprised. The LA City government really sucks. The left doesn't know what the right
is doing. I doubt they'll even meet their 2013 deadline of spending the $154m. They have all of that
money given to them to improve communications and they can't even communicate properly between
themselves.
