Then this is in firmware. Check to see if you and he are at the same firmware (main & sub). If his isn't updated, that might need to be done. Otherwise, revert the firmware back to the last version that supports all his keys, and then update (reflash) to the latest. This SHOULD reset the decoding issue.They are on the KCMO site and yes, we tried that. I had him avoid all other sites except the KCMO site with no luck. He also mentioned that when he did a channel hold on one of the KCFD channels (A6 I think), it briefly flashed "ENCY" even though it is not an encrypted channel which leads me to think there is an issue with the P25 decoding within the radio itself rather than the programming. And I tried his programming on my 200 without any issue so, not the programming.
