Lost the Trunking function in my Pro-96

I have been checking with a friend who lives here and he and I Both use the same link for our Trunking http://www.radioreference.com/modules.php?name=RR&sid=38
I have a Pro-94 that is trunking fine with the same Freq's. After comparing my Pro-96 with my Pro-94 and his scanner. We Both came up with the same conclusion. Send In For Repair !!
I sent the scanner in a couple of days ago.
Again thank you for you advise and help.

I and others have tried Everything we could to solve the Trunking Function for over 2 weeks . I sent the Pro-96 in for repair.

UPDATE 11-06-07
To Repair the Trunking Function in my Pro-96.
I received a quote of $140.00 for Parts and $ 49.00 for Labor to Repair the Trunking Function in my Pro-96.

It sounds like they are planning on just replacing the whole board which isn't surprising.

The part that is on back order is a PCB linear assembly.

I knew there was a problem with my Pro-96.

I received the scanner today 12-06-07
The Trunking function in my Pro-96 HAS BEEN REPAIRED and IS WORKING AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
BUT
NOW the scanner will NOT Work on battery power. I did not have a battery power problem.

I got my Pro-96 scanner back from RS yesterday.
The PCB linear assembly had to be replaced.
Now my Pro-96 is Trunking Again !!!!!
Also The audio is nice and clear Again !!!!
