I see in the RRDB that the Loudoun County TRS added Site 3 with several UHF frequencies licensed to Loudoun County Public Schools (WRDT945). That license was modified on 4/11/2025. The emission type is 9K80D7W (P25 Phase II fixed-end 2-slot TDMA). I could offer some conjecture of what they might be doing, but there's no point in that. Anybody have some insight on what's new?
