BCD436HP/BCD536HP: Low Volume on my BCD536HP

By BCD536Hp never had such a low volume and started today after update. I have to open the volume nob all the way and some messages are low in sound.

Try inserting and removing a plug in the headphones and external speaker jacks numerous times. Dirty contacts on those jacks can mute the internal speaker. It may just be a coincidence that the problem appeared after the update.

Is this with everything you listen to, including NOAA weather radio? Is volume output lacking when external speaker or headphones are connected as well?
