Hello, this is N7YUO from Salt Lake City, Utah.
A member of RR from Arkansas contacted me and asked me
to help him get the correct trunking table for LR AFB.

We have been discussing our local miltary Trunked Radio System (TSYS).
Our system, at Hill AFB and three other locations, at first sounds encrypted.
Actually, it is a Motorola Smartnet with digital voice.
Some Utah members were unable to scan this system,
because they did not have the correct CUSTOM TRUNKING TABLE.

The Hill AFB TSYS used to be a wideband TSYS, with 25 kHz channels.
It used this trunking table: Base 406.0, Offset 380, Step 25 kHz.

When they switched to narrowband with 12.5 kHz channels and digital voice,
the trunking table also changed. It is now, Base 406.15, Offset 380, Step 12.5 kHz.
Low channel 380, high channel 759.

Those of you with PSR500's might try using this custom trunking table,
and see if your PSR500 will decode the digital audio. Here's the freqs:
406.5625 (Not listed in RR but shows up in search as cc)
406.9625
407.1625
407.9625
409.7625

Please try this custom trunking table and see if it works. If it is correct, we will want to
make a correction to the database listing for LR AFB.

No joy with the provided Freq's

Mr. Gadget,
I entered all the data via Win500 but unfortunately wasn't able to hear anything. It could very well be I programmed it incorrectly. One thing I did notice different, when I went to import the frequencies for LRAFB via Win500 it listed 2nd freq as the CC, not X.5625.

406.5625 (Not listed in RR but shows up in search as cc)
406.9625 <- RR shows this one as CC

I ran out of time, and wasn't able to switch them around using X.5625 as the cc, but will try soon. Is there a way to sweeper scan, or do you have to enter specific data to hear anything?
