Just wondering if anyone here has information regarding EF-Johnsons newer
LTR trunking system known as "multi-net". This system I believe supports
multi sites and type II now supports APCO. I am not sure if the system I
am trying to monitor is "multi-net" type one or two. My best guess is type
one. I know that there are no current scanner out on the market that will d
ecode this type of LTR. This type of system is very easy to regnise because
when there is not radio traffic on it there will be a short 2 second burst of
data. It follows through the list of frequencies for this service and just sounds
like a squelch burst on most radios. Just wondering if anyone has any experience or
information on this type of system so I can pick their brain!
Thanks
