Kinda interesting behavior, LUH 12-72246 is not orbiting, but not exactly going anywhere fast either, as low as 15kts at some point. Interested if anyone hears anything on conventional milcomm ranges or possibly VIPER since its NCArNG

Not unusual for speed/FL to hold at last point seen, but Lunar appears to have landed with last seen FL and speed still displayed.
