Macon-bibb cnty trs status

The last update that was posted here on RR for Macon-Bibb County's trunked system(s) was in 2006. Do we not have anyone in Macon who regularly reads RR and posts on here? The last post said that M-BC was in transition from it's analog TRS to it's P25 DTRS. That was in 2006? Surely by now they've completed that transition so could someone who is able to monitor the Macon area update the rest of us?

Everyone else is still using analog chan's except I think med ambu and mid ga ambu...

Fire and Bibb Sheriff is still using analog talkgroups on the SmartZone system. Macon PD has gone digital, but honestly I'm not sure if it's on the SmartZone system or the "new" P25. If anybody could offer any input as to why they haven't all moved, I'd love to hear it too.

Sorry I haven't posted anything lately. Been way too caught up in work.
I tried the Macon P25 800 system and got no control channel.

SmartNet the original Bibb County 800 with Macon PD's talkgroups in digital.
The S-O is now digital too.

If you would like an ARC996 file for Bibb County - I can email it to you.

Nobody has sent in any info on the MARTA system! Last night I cleared all the pending orders, I have about 4 in their now and they are all for Bibb/Macon.

@jrbo257 - @Julian1 indicated he wasn't able to find a control channel either. Is it possible the system was taken down? Does anybody know any users on the P25 system?
