Thanks Charles for doing wht you do.

I have an old hand heald scanner not sure if the range would work.

As to Dooly we all have been on LawLink at one point or another but i think still have to be on there VHF frequency but don't quote me on that

No problem. I'm hoping to add an outdoor antenna and add a Monroe Co. feed, but that'll be down the road a bit.

Anybody have any intel on when, if ever, they're moving to the P25 system? Or any other major system changes in the pipeline?

Peach County SO Byron PD are separate from the Houston County 800 Appco system. I list the frequencys i have that on recieve only on my 2 m etter ham rig

Jay as to Dooly i heard them when he had our Emergency Network connected for a 10-80 about a week ago but yeah i don't normally here them but that because i carry a 800 rig i guess i could put the freq you gave us earlier on my 2 meter receive only and see what i here out of it. Give me a day or two

FYI - I removed Macon Water from the Macon/Bibb Fire & Sheriff feed last night, so it's back to just Fire and Sheriff traffic.

I'll kind of miss that Water dispatcher, though, he's funny. :)

@H401 - I am a ham as was active when I was in town, but I'm currently living out-of-town. I hope things have picked up a bit, from what I heard it sounded like things on the ham radio front were slowing down a bit down there.

Where can I find the City of Macon PD feed? My son works there and I live in Atlanta so I would like to be able to listen in.

Thanks, I found it after I posted. And thanks for providing the feed. It will be nice to keep tabs on what's going on down there. My son just started this week so I'm fairly worried about him but it provides some relief to be able to hear what's happening.

The codes and signals are listed on this site as well. I'm not able to get to then from my phone but I'm sure if you search you can find them.

Macon PD is P-25

Macon PD and the EMS provider have been P-25 for a couple of years now. I think they show on the RR D'base.

Fire and Bibb Co Sheriff has remained analog last time I was through there.
