Main freqs for northeast US

Programming an extra scanner for aircraft. I have my local airport and one a little further away. Other than the approach/departure freqs for BOSTON and NEW YORK (Kennedy) are there any MAIN long haul frequencies planes use whilst traversing the northeastern US? I am between NY and Boston (in RI). Unfortunately, the radio (BC700a) only has 20 memory channels! But I like the radio and figured I would use it strictly for aircraft. So I want to program it efficiently. I did a search on the air band but there are so many freqs being used, and I cant identify them.

Directly overhead Cranston RI you have Boston on 124.850 up to FL230, then Boston on 118.425 from FL240 and above. (124.850 combines with 133.425 when traffic is light, and they have been noted to use 126.225 and 127.975 in place of 118.425).
