Malahit DSP1 v9 as an external bandscope ?

I have a Malahit DSP1 v9 on the way. First SDR . Will it be possible to feed it the IF out from another receiver and use as a band scope ? Anything else in a standalone SDR that would allow this ?

I’ve used the DJ-X11 this way on the computer, I’d love to patch the Icom R30 into something .
