Pro-668: Manually add a TG without software

As familiar as I am with this radio, I don't know how to do this and am not even sure if it's possible.

Simple really. I have playlists. Each playlists as talkgroups that use one site.

Is there no way to just add another TG ID to the playlist and give it an alpha tag without software? Something like just duplicate a TG that's already in there and change the ID and alpha tag?

The only way I know of is through wildcard, but that literally requires waiting for the TG to talk.

Ok, I'm trying to program the state of Iowa, ISICIS talkgroup. I've entered the frequencies, then the talkgroups. But not receiving anything. I must be missing a step. It appears it is scanning, but not receiving anything. Driving me nuts, please help.

Spend the money and send it to whistler for the legacy upgrade, that will make it whistler WS1080.
