Manually entering CTCSS Tone in BCD325P2

Has anyone had success in MANUALLY (not via a program such as ARC-XT PRO) entering a CTCSS tone into a conventional frequency memory? I've read the manual and other documentation and tried various keystrokes today but have been unsuccessful in selecting and storing a CTCSS tone into a memory. I have easily accomplished this with my BCD125AT, but am having difficulty with the BCD325P2.

What am I not doing??? Any help or guidance you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

You have to set the modulation type to "Analog Only".

The easiest way is to hold on the channel, then simply press the ENTER button, select the channel options, set the audio to analog, and enter the CTCSS/CDCSS.
