I know Marlboro FD has gone P25 digital, but not sure if they are fully up and running. I have programmed them into the Hopktinton FD mobiles and portables but have yet to hear anything. We are on their run card for a fire, not sure which alarm. I heard a rumor that the wrong info was initially sent out by the Chief to the area depts. Has anyone been successfull in getting the channel to work? I was told the modulation was wrong as C4FM and changed ot to the CQPSK. This is what I have so far.
MARLBORO FD RX 858.462500 TX 813.462500 NAC RX 624 TX 624
MARLBORO FG RX 854.387500 TX 809.387500 NAC RX 460 TX 460
Digital Modulation CQPSK
Both Rx/TX Astro
All other options at default values

If on the run card, reach out to them to inquire if you have the correct info for programming and maybe take a ride into the city and attempt to contact them if you have permission to be operating on their channel. I will tell you your info matches what I received but I cannot confirm its accuracy, however I did not see any corrections sent out.

Maybe the way their simulcast sites are setup it simply can't be heard from Hopkinton.

The coverage of Marlboro outside of the city limits since the P25 upgrade has been significantly degraded. Only real way to tell if your programming is correct is to drive to Marlboro and check it yourself.
I've actually had good luck with a portable in Worcester. Travels well to the west at least.
