Since the newcastle tower fell during the ice storm how are units being dispatched across the county? DMR no longer works for several agencies.
I did notice Blanchard PD is now on OKWIN. No idea about the others?

So word is Newcastle PD/FD is using a old tornado siren frequency. I cannot locate this yet. No word on when the DMR system for newcastle will be back up and running.

Normally those frequencies are in the vhf high band but also could be in uhf .

Per a 1994 Police Call Newcastle was using the following:
Fire: 154.37
Fire: 154.31
Local Gov't:155.895
Police: 155.49
Police:155.55
Police old interagency: 155.67
Maybe it is hiding on one of these frequencies.
