Just listening to tg-1000 and they asked for a comforter for a room so it's definitely a Hotel and it's in the Buffalo NY area.
I'll leave 451.775 running all night and see what I can find out.

Reading the info provided in the license (250 Delaware St.) and details in this thread, etc.. I would take an educated guess that it is this: Google Maps

Exactly right Mike, except that there's no license data to operate at that location. The company in the license description has offices there (it's a multi-use office building/hotel) and operate that specific Westin Hotel according to internet research so it's likely they are using it, but.....

It is the Buffalo Grand Hotel it's part of Adam's Mark. in Buffalo NY Just to end this, thanks to everyone for the help.
