Why only 14 frequencies instead of 24? I am trying it now. I hope it works.

I know that for EDACS you have to go by the LCN but if you started say LCN 1 on ch 000 on the 2053 it would not work it should and should make no diffrence what so ever never found out why got rid of the old 2053 long time go but in the bank set up for some reason using ch 000 never worked but start at ch 001 it did who knows always gave up and matched the ch up starting at ch 001 scannerfreak is right it should not make one bit of diffrence but like I said the 2053 it would not work heck maybe its just me doing somthing wrong back then but if I started at 001 and LCN 1 it worked for Hamilton County and meca
No. The order has no bearing on your reception. The scanner isn't checking for multiple CC's because MECA only uses one CC at a time.
This is not true MECA the only system in the state that does use two CC at the same time that divide the county see other MECA threads that this was talked about a lot
This is for System 1 only

My point is you don't set it up as a multi-site roam system. That way the scanner only grabs one CC and then is done searching.
Some scanners ignore the L/O for control channels. A better idea would be to not even include them in your mix.
