I was wondering when I tune into the med channels on Med 9 I hear the ambulance talk to the hospital then I hear Med Base give them a Med Channel 1 - 8. Ok now when they talk I only hear Med Base's Side.

Does anyone have the control channels/frequencies that medbase uses so that we can hear the ambulances, or is this side in the digital range conversion.

Hope someone can help.

THANKS!!

The ambulances transmit +5 MHz, same as just about everything else on UHF, so if you're close, you can hit the reverse button on your radio.

If you're wanting to listen an intersystem link to listen to, last time I had anything to do with it, there wasn't one (at least not that conventional gear can receive; the radio component of the statewide EMS backbone was all microwave (>2 GHz); sorry).
