Not loving the name of the service honestly. But I love the idea and hope it isn’t a flash in the pan.Here is MedStar's current fleet.

My college buddy is (volunteer) Chief of Rockville MD...they run Engine, Ladder, Medic Unit out of his house all staffed with paid and vollie crews. Been that way for many years and it works.Broward County, FL Sheriff runs their county fire department. I’m all for it. Bring on the regionalization!
A lot of Maryland counties have combination departments with paid houses and vollie houses operating under one organization. we could do the same.
